What are internal blinds?
A system of blinds, which are assembled and permanently sealed within the double-glazing cavity. Once sealed in this totally dust free environment, the blinds require no cleaning, always appear new and are protected from damage unlike external blind systems.
Are internal blinds expensive?
Internal blinds are only slightly more expensive than traditional blinds with all the added advantages of fit and forget.
How do they work?
The movement of the integral blind is controlled by a radical new magnetic concept, which has been developed to form the basis of the operating system. A pair of rotating magnets, of which one is placed inside the cavity and the other is connected outside, directly control the movement of the integral blind. This system of magnets ensures that the seals around the unit are not affected, thus keeping the blinds completely protected from dust. The magnets have a lifespan of over a 100 years, enough to ensure quality usage for as long as you like.
